Key Personnel uses a software package called Prove It! to assess our candidates.

Prove It! gives us, the client and the candidate the ability to analyse skill sets. We are able to use over 1,000 validated assessments, for clerical and secretarial roles. We will discuss which tests are relevant to you at your pre-interview conversation. Every candidate is different so your tests will be bespoke to you.
