Key Personnel was established in 1982 as an independent recruitment consultancy. Mary Hendry joined the firm in 2002 after a background in corporate venture capital and became Managing Director in 2006. We moved to our current premises on Colmore Row in 2009, where our established team strives to provide an outstanding recruitment service to our valued clients and candidates.
