1ST/2ND LINE SUPPORT £22,000 - £23,000 REF: 15761 BIRMINGHAM A national law firm require an experienced 1st/2nd Line Support to join their IT department in Birmingham. As 1st/2nd Line Support you will be the first point of contact for the department where you will provide remote support and desk visits. Some of duties will include assisting with computer desktop problems, setting up of both hardware and software, identifying and solving problems, maintenance, troubleshooting, prioritise calls and escalate them to 2/3rr line support, and maintenance of other computer equipment within the firm. It is essential for this role that you have previous 1st/2nd Line Support, ideally within a law firm. Your application will not be considered without this experience.
