A national manufacturer and distributor of technical equipment is looking for a new sales administrator to support one of its regional sales teams.
The new sales administrator will be working in support of a small sales team to take inbound calls, qualify them and pass them to the sales team. You will field customer queries and make follow up calls. The administrator portion of this role will involve creating draft quotes and costings, maintaining spreadsheets on prospective customers, competitors and ancillary products.
A strong candidate for this role will have experience making and receiving sales calls and working in a sales environment. You should be able to demonstrate experience working in a technical environment, being able to understand technical goods and their applications. Experience using CAD for basic functions would be beneficial, but training can be provided. Any applicant must have solid I.T skills and a high level of numeracy.
