A quickly growing, large, telecommunications company is hiring for a new customer services administrator to support its recent growth.
This role will involve using the company’s SAP and CRM system to process customer service orders from start to completion. This will entail ordering spare parts, purchasing and organising contractor services, generating invoices and post invoice support. You will also be building relationships internally and externally to ensure prompt service, good organisation and customer satisfaction.
The right candidate for this position should have experience working in a deadline-driven environment, following procedures with high attention to detail and being able to flexibly manage their own priorities and time. You should also have excellent communication skills, written and verbally. Being I.T literate with the Microsoft Office packages is important, experience using SAP will also be counted favourably.
