PART TIME         £25,000 -28,000         PRO RATA 3 DAYS PER WEEK     REF: 15960         

A recently established and highly successful business trading in the FMCG market is looking for a part-time finance administrator to work 3 days per week, with the potential to increase to full time in the future.

This role will involved a wide range of finance administration including; processing weekly return from retail outlets, supplier payments, weekly and monthly management KPI reports, bank reconciliations, supplier reconciliations, payroll and VAT returns. You will also be regularly liaising with the retail outlets on an ad hoc basis to handle queries and stationary control.

The right candidate for this vacancy will be a seasoned finance administrator, with proven experience in the following areas; Sage 50 Accounts, advanced Excel and Word skills, financial reporting, supplier and accounts reconciliations, payroll and VAT returns. You should have at least an AAT qualification or equivalent. Strong communications skills are also necessary. Experience of working in a retail related environment will be looked upon favourably.
