A national law firm require an experienced legal secretary to join their Real Estate department, providing efficient secretarial support for the team.
As a legal secretary you will be typing documents and correspondence from the digital dictation system, preparing files and answering internal and external calls. You will be dealing with a variety of client queries and so will be required to provide excellent customer service at all times. Your duties will also include diary management and organising meeting rooms when required as well as general administration to help the team run smoothly.
The successful candidate will have previous experience as a legal secretary within a professional office environment. It is essential for this role that you have experience within Real Estate.
