A national law firm are looking for a receptionist to join their Leicester team. This is a varied role not limited to reception duties.
Some of the duties will include meeting and greeting clients, answering the telephone, photocopying, archiving, preparing rooms for seminar/meetings, ensure that the reception area is tidy, organising refreshments, book taxis and couriers.
The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience of working on a busy reception, dealing with high volume of calls. Previous experience of office administration will be advantageous.
