A national law firm are looking for a legal secretary to join their team in London. You will be supporting the fee earners in all of the administrative functions and to ensure that the work is completed within the agreed service level agreements.
As legal secretary you will some of the duties will include processing all dictation, deal with correspondence, create and amend large, complicated documents, achieve and maintain a high level of accuracy, diary management, and organise meetings. You will also liaise with the administrative assistants to manage the filing, photocopying and scanning tasks.
It is essential for this role that you have previous legal secretarial experience, ideally within healthcare. You will have excellent organisational and time management skills.
