Job Description

A national law firm are looking for an experienced reception/hospitality supervisor. This is a Birmingham based position but the role will require you to travel to the regional offices at least 2 days a week. As Reception/Hospitality Supervisor you will be managing a team to ensure that a seamless service is provided at all times in the business. You will organise and lead team meetings, encourage staff suggestions on how to improve services. Other duties will include assisting with marketing, negotiating to purchase products and services, and develop and maintain training. It is essential for this role that you have previous experience in managing a reception/hospitality team previously within professional services.
