Job Description

A professional services company are looking for an Administrator to support the Executive Assistant and the CEO. This is a full time/permanent, brand new role for the right person to make their own. As Administrator, you will be reporting to the Executive Assistant and will provide full administrative support as required. Some of the duties will include meeting room preparation, taking minutes, compiling documents for meetings, travel arrangements, and preparation of travel itineraries. Other administrative duties will include preparing reports, formatting/scanning/printing documents, maintaining and updating corporate documents. The successful candidate will have previous administration experience within professional services.
