Job Description

My client, a family run business well established within the Leisure industry are currently recruiting for an Office Manager to join the existing Head Office team. As the Office Manager, duties will include: · Supporting the two business owners with their day to day travel, corporate hospitality and entertainment · Liaising with various sites for weekly report information · Collating and assessing reports - looking for anomalies in figures etc · Liaising with owners with any miscalculations on reports · Day to day administration duties including, booking car services, MOTS and deliveries and liaising with suppliers · Assisting in the smooth running of the office on a daily basis The ideal person must have: · Proven experience within an office management and administration environment · Great attention to detail · Experience of working with figures and spread-sheets · Good knowledge of Excel · Excellent communication skills and be able to work as part of a small team The hours for the role are 9am - 5pm and has 20 days annual leave per year. The role is available immediately.
