Job Description

My client is currently recruiting for a Senior Occupational Health Administrator to provide professional, efficient, proactive and confidential administrative support to the Occupational Health Team, carrying out administrative assistance to the Occupational Health Service Delivery Manager. The individual will support the delivery of the Occupational Health service. Experience: Significant OH administration experience Experience of working or delivering to a clinical setting. Ability to work across a large geographical based team Comprehensive time management and ability to work to tight deadlines Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications. Ability to analyse statistical data Excellent communication skills (written, verbal & telephone). Attention to detail High standard of planning and organisational ability. Adept at influencing and negotiating with others to achieve timely results. Ability to remain calm whilst working under pressure and to demanding deadlines whilst maintaining a flexible approach. Good interpersonal and strong customer service orientation. Excellent personal organization. Ability to remain calm and a drive to deliver. Experience: Experience of working in a policing environment. Experience of working within an Occupational Health setting. Experience of managing various databases (MS Word & Excel). Experience of using reporting tools to generate management information. Minimum GCSE English Language grade C or equivalent.
