Job Description

A leading national law firm are looking for an experienced corporate receptionist to join their team. The existing team operate on a shift pattern between 8am and 6pm. This is a 6 month fixed term contract. Some of the duties will include meeting and greeting clients, answering calls using the main switchboard, arranging meeting room bookings, assisting with travel arrangements, and ensure that the reception area is maintained at all times. You will also assist with hospitality duties ordering breakfasts and lunches, liaising with caterers and suppliers, and ordering stock. There may be some requirement to provide cover for the other offices from time to time. The successful candidate for this role will have previous extensive corporate receptionist and hospitality experience, ideally within professional services.
