Job Description

My client is looking for an experienced Finance Administrator that has done face to face credit control as part of the role. Role is a part time role for 20 hours a week, paying £8.00 - £8.50ph, Over a 4 day period this must cover Tuesday/Wednesday and Thursday with either a Monday or Friday as extra. 2 days - 8.00am – 1.00pm 2 days –11.00am – 6.00pm Duties include: • Credit control, administering carer accounts and direct debits • Chasing payment of fee’s face to face/phone or through statement • Production of monthly invoices • Accurate, complete internal accounting forms i.e weekly account sheets and BACS requests for refund • Producing letters, ordering stationery, contracts and application forms Person spec: Must have previous financial admin experience Ability to communicate at all levels Good computer skills Good numerical/accounting skills You will also be required to attend Training Courses and meetings when required, which may involve travel. On commencing employment, you will also be required to undergo a CRB Clearance.
