My client is looking for an experienced Helpdesk Manager to join their Birmingham team. This is a permanent role where you will be managing a team of 20 customer service agents. As Helpdesk Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that the team deliver first class customer service at all times. You will lead, motivate, and manage the helpdesk team to build strong relationships, and also work towards key performance indicators. For this role, it is essential that you have previous experience as a Helpdesk Manager or Team Leader with proven experience managing a team.
