We have a super role that will suit a good all round administrator. You could well have lots of experience, but also they will consider someone who has a minimum of 2 years plus experience in an administration role, looking for their next move.
Based in North Birmingham (on the 71 bus route), this role is working for a business that operates in the leisure industry. You will be assisting the current studio design managers and directors in their day to day administration tasks, helping with social and company duties. Answering the phone, dealing with queries, booking hotels, travel, filing and any other ad-hoc administration duties. The role is varied and busy and there is scope to develop this role as the company grows.
You must have strong English communication skills both verbally and written. You must be organised and driven to develop. Always looking to see if things can be done better to improve company systems and performance, strong skill base in Word, Excel, having experience of Sage is advantageous, There is a good salary, and free parking if you have a car.
