Job Description

Are you an experienced Finance Manager, who may be looking for a short term interim role? We are looking for a Finance Manager to join a great client of ours, who operate as a membership organisation. They are looking for an experienced Finance Manager who can start asap, and stay until approximately the end of November 2016. You will be responsible for:
• all tax returns,
• monthly and annual management reports,
• quarterly VAT returns,
• preparation of P11d submissions,
• annual PAYE returns,
• other tax/insurance information as required,
• preparation and processing of payroll and management expenses,
• providing information to and working with the Associations Auditors,
• processing the monthly pension payments,
• pension members life insurance policy,
• managing the organisation's car leasing scheme,
• maintaining the organisation's Fixed Asset Register,
• performing the annual stock valuation and reserve,
• monitoring the finance activities of the national offices and liaise with the national administrators,
• receiving processing incoming sales orders, producing invoices, posting cash and chasing payments and resolving queries where necessary,
• balancing nominal accounts and generate annual management reports,
• performing month end processes and generate monthly statements.

You will also be required to manage a Finance Assistant, as well as attend Finance Committee meetings. You will report to the Chief Executive.

If you are experienced at this level, are a minimum of AAT qualified, or ideally CIMA then please let us have your cv. Having worked in this function at either a Charity, Voluntary or Membership Organisation would be an advantage, but not essential.
