My client, a privately owned Independent Financial Adviser, based in Birmingham is looking for an experienced IFA administrator.
The role comprises:
General administration support to include obtaining protection, investment and pension illustrations
New business processing for pensions, investments and life assurance
Ongoing servicing queries, including valuations for client meetings
Projections for pension contracts.
Using O&M Profiler and Capita Research with criteria set by IFA
You will have worked previously for an independent financial adviser, as you will be familiar with the scope of the work required, and have at least 3 years experience in a similar role
Good product and technical knowledge of financial products, including life, pensions and investment policies
The use of Intelligent Office would be a distinct advantage and also the use of Wrap Platforms.
There is an attractive salary packing including 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, death in service of 3 x salary and pension.
