My client, a prominent city centre law firm, is looking for an experienced Legal Clerk to join their expanding Real Estate team. You will be supporting team members involved in the acquisition and disposal of land, and property rights. The role is busy and varied and will give you the opportunity to expand the property skills you currently possess. Duties include:- file management, communication both orally and written, billing and finance, reporting, as well as other ad hoc legal administration.
You should be experienced at working in a team environment to tight deadlines, have strong communication skills both written and orally, be proactive and have excellent time management skills, as well the ability to multi task, have excellent IT skills and be knowledgeable and experienced in either legal property or property outside of the legal sector but be highly experienced in legal forms and the legal property process.
