TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP ADMIN/RECEPTIONIST (3 MONTH CONTRACT) - £17,500 per annum
My client, is a membership organisation, and is looking for a solid administrator with excellent IT and communiation skills to fulfill a short term gap in their team. Based in Birmingham, the office has a great atmosphere, people are friendly, helpful and very hardworking.
The main tasks are:-
To deal with membership queries over the telephone, by email and written correspondence.
To amend and update membership records, as requested.
To support membership renewals by contacting members to update personal records.
To respond to membership queries, such as requests for tax statements and nsurance verifications.
To process payments and carry out other duties of membership administration, in line with data protection and confidentiality requirements.
To assist the other members of the membership team as directed by the Membership Manager and to provide cover for reception when requested.
To provide administrative support and other ad hoc activities to all areas of the business when required during quiet periods.
To provide additional reception duties and support when required.
To provide additional ad hoc administrative support when required.
To undertake additional duties as requested by the Chief Executive
