Job Description

A leading Healthcare Distributor operating in Ireland and the UK are currently recruiting for an experienced Office Administrator to join their UK operation. This varied position will handle all aspects of a busy office environment of a rapidly expanding business, undertaking basic business support duties as part of a team taking direction from Business Support Coordinator/Manager and senior team members. This role will suit a skilled administrator who’s flexible and understands the changing needs of a busy office environment. This role is based in Solihull. The business is building rapidly in the UK although the office will at times currently be fairly quiet. You will need to be comfortable working alone for periods of time. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that has recently set up its UK base and to join at an exciting time and be part of helping to grow its UK office infrastructure

Role Responsibility

? Sales & purchase order processing

? Filing/maintaining of office records and assisting with invoice processing and payments

? Procurement and stock inventory control

? Liaise with international partner companies

? Providing aftersales & maintenance support to field personnel via CRM package

? Liaise and support internal departments where required

? Provide administrative support to sales reps

? Responsible for reception duties where appropriate/required

MinimumQualifications:

? A fast thinker with a positive attitude and a friendly, open, approachable personality

? Excellent computer skills especially with Microsoft Office package

? Strong organisational skills, an ability to multi-task and attention to detail

? Ability to work well as part of a team as well as on an individual basis

? Knowledge of SAGE Line 50 a distinct advantage

? Salary - £20,000 p.a. - Depending on experience

? Hours 9am - 5.30pm

? Lunch 1pm - 2pm

? Parking provided

? Canteen facilities
