They require someone who can support a team of very busy executives with secretarial, administration and project co-ordination skills. The work is varied, but demanding with deadlines.
As well as first class secretarial and administration skills, you should have the ability to communicate effectively with clarity and confidence within the organisation, be effective at relationship building, have well developed interpersonal skills and the ability to organise your own workload to meet deadlines.
Being self motivated and driven are key characteristics my clients look for, with a willingness to go the extra mile if needed.
This role will give you variety, a certain amount of autonomy and the scope to stretch the skills you've developed over time.
