Part time Office Administrator – North Birmingham – £15k pro rata – temp to perm
My client, based in north Birmingham, is looking for an experienced and committed office administrator. Working 3 days a week, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, hours 10am to 2pm, you will be working alongside the office manager undertaking duties such as:-
Answering the telephone
Inputting orders onto an Excel spreadsheet
Checking customer details to ensure orders are despatched correctly.
You should possess an intermediate level of Excel and have worked with either SAGE or Quickbooks as the work will be predominantly sales and purchase order administration..
This position is on a temporary to permanent basis working in a friendly and relaxed environment. The role is to start asap.
